10/4/09 Foster Mom Update
Hello, my name is Tucker Tot but no need to be formal, just call me by my first name Tucker. I play all day long chasing the other dogs, grabbing their toys, and running around the house. I look out the window and protect the house from any unwanted outsiders. My foster family knows if anyone is coming because I will bark. I have a good voice too. I have a fenced yard to play in and the cat does not come into the yard because I chase her.
My foster dad likes to jog about four miles up and down the hills. I am faster then he is. He takes me with him and I always wear him out because I could keep on going.
Mom likes to bathe me in the laundry tub and I like it. I stand there like a good boy and cherish the attention. After my bath I run around and around real fast.
I eat my Life's Abundance every day, but I love my salad at night in my dog bowl as a treat. Carrots, or green beans, I love vegetables and some fruits. I am learning verbal commands of sit, stay, and lie down. I love to practice my drills so I get extra treats.

Hi My name is Tucker Tot. I am a Shih Tzu mix, probably mixed with poodle, and I weigh about 12 pounds. They say I am between 3 to 5 years old, but I feel like a puppy. I love to romp around and play, play, play! I like to play around other dogs but sometimes they scare me.
My foster mom says I am very energetic. She is working on teaching me to wait and be patient. It is so hard but I really want to be a good dog. I am learning to be in a crate when I am left alone but I do not like it too much. I love to go for long walks and it helps me use up some of that energy! I even run 4 miles every day with my foster dad.
I love be held and I enjoy snuggling in bed with my family. I like lots of attention so if you are home quite a bit that would make me very happy. I cannot wait to have my very own forever family.
Tucker needs a fenced in yard and a child over 6 years old to play with. He is being fostered in the Indy area.
